1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Order confirmation emails/SMS are sent once your order is placed, followed by a dispatch email containing tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments

  • Cash on Delivery: Available for nationwide domestic orders. Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.

  • Prepaid Orders: Processed immediately upon payment authorization via credit/debit card or bank transfer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Custom Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses.

  • Couriers will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed contact will require re-shipping fees borne by the customer.
